Found an amazing deal on a 2009 Cadillac STS. Car runs amazing but had an issue with the driver side door not opening. Electronic issue in the actuator. Will found out about it and notified me before I bought the car, later sent the part to help with repairs. I can now successfully open my door and had a pleasant experience at Steiner
My name is Ted and I bought a Mercedes-Benz from Will and the owner without seeing it in person. This was strictly done over the phone and, email, and texting. I was looking for that "Go to" dealership not for a single transaction but for all my vehicle purchasing needs. I needed a dealership and a Sales Manager and owner that I could work with. I saw the Mercedes I wanted but I could not get to Ohio for a little over a month and a half because I live in Denver Colorado. I spoke with Will and he an the owner worked with me to hold this car until I could arrive to pay for it. Will was my eyes and he bent over backwards to accommodate me in taking pictures, answering emails and texts, and worked with the owner on my behalf to make this work. This dealership went out of their way to fix a couple minor issues on the car itself and one that they did not even have to address but they did. To me, this shows real class and has earned my trust and loyalty. Yes, I found my "Go to" dealership and Sales Manager - Will, that I have been looking for. I appreciate all that they did to work with me as an unseen customer. They made this buying experience a very pleasant one opposed to painful. Just bought a 2009 Jetta. William was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Car was a good value, priced fairly. William was transparent; he discussed car history and provided a Car Fax with the full vehicle history. Car has run very well for the 40+ days we have owned it with no problems.
Great people to work with. Will and Brett have gone out of their way to help me, and meet my needs. From getting to a price point that I wanted, all the way to finding another vehicle that I wanted that they did not have on the lot with very specific criteria I asked for. I have purchased two vehicles from them, and more are to come.
I would take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. What people need to realize, is that when you are buying a vehicle, it is a piece of machinery. Machinery is not guaranteed. It is not fully predictable. Instead of blaming the dealer, blame the 3rd party manufacturer who made poor quality components.
SAG offers vehicles at a great value, so if you are expecting a showroom car, then you should probably pay showroom price for piece of mind. The level of customer service here exceeds the competition, that is notable in my book and these guys will continue to have my business in the future.
